- Dissatisfaction with the final CV: If you are not satisfied with the final version of your CV and have provided reasonable feedback for revisions, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to deliver services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our control, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate payment: In the event of accidental duplicate payments for the same service, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the final CV or experiencing the issue for which you are seeking a refund. Your request must include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or evidence to support your claim
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the decision within a reasonable timeframe. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items or services may not be eligible for refunds, including:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Services that have been partially completed, where substantial work has already been performed, as determined by cV Expertz.
Changes to Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
